Our Community in Grand Prairie, TX

One trusted dental home for Grand Prairie and the communities around it.

Grand Prairie Family Dental has cared for this community since 1988. Dr. Behrooz Khademazad treats families from Grand Prairie and across the wider metroplex. We handle cleanings, crowns, implants, and emergencies in one office. You get one dentist who learns your history and remembers it.

This page shows where we serve and how to reach us. It also links to the neighborhoods and communities we know best. Wherever you are coming from, the goal stays the same. You get honest answers, a clear plan, and no pressure to decide today. Every visit ends with a clear next step.

Where is Grand Prairie Family Dental located?

Our office sits at 2475 W Pioneer Pkwy in Grand Prairie, Texas 75051. Pioneer Parkway runs east and west through the center of the city. That puts us minutes from Interstate 20 and State Highway 360. Parking sits right outside the front door. Call 972-988-0900 and we will help you find us.

Grand Prairie sits between Dallas and Fort Worth, at the heart of the metroplex. That location makes us easy to reach from either direction. Most patients arrive in under 20 minutes. We keep the schedule steady so visits start close to on time. Your day should not disappear into a dental appointment.

What areas around Grand Prairie do you serve?

We serve Grand Prairie first, along with communities across the surrounding metroplex. Most patients drive in from within 30 minutes. That circle covers a wide stretch of Tarrant and Dallas counties. You do not need to live in Grand Prairie to become a patient here.

Families reach us from Arlington, Irving, Cedar Hill, Mansfield, Dallas, and Fort Worth. Closer in, we care for neighborhoods including Arcadia Park, Dalworthington Gardens, and Webb. We also see professionals working around CentrePort and the airport corridor. Viridian, Mountain Creek, and south Arlington send us patients as well. If you are nearby, you are welcome here.

Distance matters less than fit for most families. Some patients drive past closer offices to keep the same dentist. Others found us after moving across the metroplex and stayed. We hold evening hours on Thursdays for patients coming from farther out. Tell us where you are starting from and we will help you plan the trip.

What dental services do you offer in Grand Prairie?

We cover routine and advanced care under one roof. Our general dentistry handles exams, cleanings, and fillings for every age. When a tooth needs repair, restorative dentistry covers crowns, bridges, and dentures. For missing teeth, Dr. Khademazad places dental implants and performs bone grafting in-house.

Patients who want a brighter smile turn to our cosmetic dentistry, including whitening and veneers. Straightening happens through Invisalign clear aligners. We also treat sleep apnea with oral appliances instead of a CPAP machine. When pain strikes, our emergency dental care keeps daily room open for urgent visits.

Why have local families stayed with this practice since 1988?

Dr. Khademazad has practiced dentistry for 37 years. He has placed roughly 3,000 implants over that career. Bone grafting happens here, in our own office, with no outside referral. That means fewer appointments and one familiar dentist through the whole process.

One dentist, one location, for nearly four decades. You are not handed to a new provider each visit. Dr. Khademazad reviews your history himself and explains what he sees. His care is verified under Texas License #15515. Families stay because the answers stay consistent.

Do you treat patients who feel anxious about the dentist?

Yes. About 35 percent of our new patients arrive after a rough experience elsewhere. Some have avoided care for years. We do not lecture anyone about the gap. We explain what we see, list your options, and move at your pace. Sedation dentistry is available when you want extra comfort.

Cost gets discussed openly, before treatment starts. We separate what you need now from what can wait. You hear the reason behind every recommendation. Nothing gets added to your plan without a clear explanation. That honesty is why many anxious patients stay with us for good.

What does treatment cost, and do you take insurance?

We accept many PPO dental plans and file your claims for you. Before treatment begins, you get the cost in plain numbers. We separate what your teeth need now from what can wait. For larger work, payment plans spread the cost over time.

Nobody here will push a treatment you do not need. If a filling solves the problem, we will not suggest a crown. If your budget is tight, we sequence the work over months. You will always know why a recommendation was made. Cost should never be the reason a small problem grows into a large one.

How do I become a patient at Grand Prairie Family Dental?

Booking is simple. Request an appointment online or call 972-988-0900. New patient visits start with a full exam and a clear plan. You leave knowing your options and any costs up front. We welcome new families from every community we serve.

Your first visit is about getting to know you, not rushing treatment. We accept many PPO plans and offer financing for larger treatment. You decide what to do and when, on your budget and timeline. Read what our patients say about their visits here.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can gum disease affect the rest of my health?

Possibly. People with gum disease show higher rates of heart attack and stroke. Researchers point to chronic inflammation as the shared thread. Treating gum problems early protects your teeth and supports overall health.

What happens during a routine dental exam?

We check each tooth, your gums, and your bite. Regular dental visits also include an oral cancer screening. X-rays show what the eye cannot see. Finding a cavity early keeps treatment small and simple.

How does fluoride protect my family’s teeth?

Fluoride rebuilds weak spots on enamel before a hole forms. Community water fluoridation gives a low daily dose to every household on city water. Toothpaste adds more, and cavities drop sharply when both are used.

Is it too late to see a dentist after years away?

No. Many patients return after a long gap, and we start where you are. Tooth decay often causes no pain until it reaches the nerve. Regular exams put you back on steady ground, one step at a time.
